Mattias is a yoga and meditation teacher, behavioral scientist, lecturer and Ayurvedic health advisor who started Gävle Yoga School in 2001 and is affiliated with Satyananda Yoga Sweden. He holds regular courses and lectures to the public, companies, and organizations. Since 2006, he is also one of the leaders of the national yoga teacher training within Satyananda Yoga Sweden. He is the author of the book Leva Yoga.
Teacher and facilitator of several yoga retreats to India, Mallorca, Croatia and Greece.

The session ”Resilience: managing ourselves in a state of Flow”, will give you important insights on how to regulate your physical, mental and emotional states to reach the magical state called ”Flow” where you perform and feel at your highest potential and at the same time avoiding more negative and destructive states of negative stress and burnout.
